I have not use it for a long time and I don't know if anyone uses it. I

I retitle this bug to RFP again. For my purposes I've packaged
'renattach' (see in unstable tomorrow) which has a subset of tams'
functionality and I think it will be better when tams will be packaged
by someone who will use a little bit more of its functions. Sorry for
making a mess.
