Apart from that I found a package called libnet-libidn-perl
( http://search.cpan.org/~thor/Net-LibIDN/ )
which seems to be a correct interface to libidn (which is included in
debian), but seems not to be in the main archive
Sunmitter failed to notice bug #165275.
