Package: wnpp
Severity: normal
Some of the former maintainers have not been actively maintaining this
package for a decade or so, and people in the Debian GNOME team (as
confirmed by Michael Biebl in #840830) are not interested in this
package.
So I am doing a QA upload and sending this bug repor
ckaged and
what cannot.
After a quick glance, it seems to me that the source code for the game
is not provided anywhere and that the game server itself is provided in
binary form only, in which case it cannot be distributed by Debian.
Cheers.

In any case, thanks both for taking care of this package.

I would very much like to have only to care about one API of the SDL
packages and all its "modules", but this is not possible. Many years
after SDL-v2 being there, and unsupported by upstream since 2012, 75% of
packages still depend on SDL-1.2, there are 300~400 rdepds of
libsdl-1.2.

Hi,
I believe that the license is GPLv3, not LGPL-2.1, see:
http://www.ccp4.ac.uk/cvs/viewvc.cgi/ssm/COPYING?revision=1.3&view=markup
Older revisions of that file shows that it had other awkward licenses
in the past, but not LGPL-2.1 (as far as I can see).
Cheers.

DL especially
because of a couple of projects that I use, but I don't even have
installed more than half of our packages, so I already don't feel very
comfortable with having to maintain packages that I don't use.

Would it be possible that you upload the .dsc, .changes, .orig.tar.*,
and debian.tar.* to some public
For anybody interested:
I prepared the packages and have them available, but I rather not make
the URL public in this bug report. Please ask me if you're
interested, but anyway hopefully I will work on it and they will be
available somewhat soon.
For Vincent: AFAIK bullet library is not needed,
Hi,
Any progress on this?
I don't have experience packaging this kind of software (desktop
environments), and I am not a Debian Developer, but maybe I can help
to get things rolling.
