crufty, and upstream has disappeared. I don't use it, but maybe

Since this is (essentially) part of the new ORBit2, I (as the ORBit
maintainer) will be packaging and supporting this.
License: seems to be GPL, though I would have expected LGPL. I'll be
checking into this, but either case, it'll certainly meet
