What's the status of this package now? Upstream has reached 0.9.0,
which should contain the fixes you need for PPC.
If you're looking for a sponsor to do the upload, I can bother a few of
my friends to do it provided the package is lintian clean, etc.

I got to exchange emails with Wouter van Oortmerssen, the upstream maintainer
of Cube and i no
longer intend to package cube for Debian.
We didn't reach concensus about the possible inclusion of cube binaries
compiled from the source
in Debian. From
