the world I do think DPL speaking engagements do involve a bit of
traveling and from my own personal experience, doing that with small
children at home is not ideal to say the least.

This is not to blame someone but a real question. If there really is a serious
discussion we (as in: the people that d not think it is) should probabl
e even if it is not
ambigious.
Just to take away some possible misunderstanding, this holds for probably every

How about telling the public which problems have to be handled?
Currently there is no resource in IT that is as valuable as good
professionals. Why put off the guys who want to join us?
