What I am thinking is maybe I can get the /etc/init.d/gpm restart
repeated somehow . I am still confused .
I shall be grateful , if anybody could guide me as to the cause
of this gpm problem.

I want to make my own shell scripts (mail related) ,
and map some keys in mutt to call these from my mutt.
Please suggest as to how I can go about this.

If you believe me then
I tried sending a zip file as attachment from mutt , but it does
not go . The recipient does see the mail , but not the attachment !
The version of zip I use : Zip 2.3
This is what file FL.zip shows :

What can the reason for this anomaly be?

Most of the Linuxes , including Debian , use the Ctrl-Alt-Del
for shutdown -or- reboot (depending on the inittab) ,
and also provide :
kb::kbrequest:/etc/init.d/gpm restart #This /etc/init.d/gpm
restart thing is my modification
stuff , which uses the Alt- combination
to execute the choice
