my x-server install fails..

hi i just got the right server Mach 64 for my ATI Expert Graphics card but the probe fails and the installation too any one has similar card ? please help thanks or do i need to set the monitor resolutions correctly too ? i just made a few guesses and all failed so far i use Compaq 17'' (1

Hi, I have a problem in XServer Instalation. Any one using Mach-64 for ATI Expert ? I downloaded th sever and tried to run the xbase-config program but it fails at probe level. I use Compaq 17'' (171FS) monitor Any clues of possible config problems ? thanks  

where is "man" command

hi there, i installed debian 2.0 and got some (in fact A LOT) of .deb s and their man pages! but cant find a pkg which has the "man" program!! can any one let me know which deb pkg to download which has it ? also,   what is the port /dev/ttySx for mouse ? thanks sriram
