network printer??

hi, this is kind of a newbie question, I know, but , um.. how do I go about setting up a network printer? or more accurately, what is the debain equivalent to the redhat printer-tool? for those not farmiliar with printer tool, it's a simple interface that allows one to choose a networked samba

I know that this is beating the hell out of a dead horse, but please bear with me for one more sblive question...thanks. I was running redhat 6.0 on a regular i386 with an sblive card. when I downloaded and the latest modules, they installed fine, not requireing a reboot or anything. then I switc

is there anyone out there who has gotten this card to run under debian? I'm currently running rh 6.0 for no other reason than because the install script for the sblive actually works for redhat. I had debian up and running for a while, but I couldn't get sound going and I got tired of havin 600 me
