I have 7.5.0 running using a ZTE 3772-Z USB modem
and this worked by just turning broadband on and
selecting the 3G provider.
I also have two 3G modems that do not work (but
work under fedora):
T-mobile ZTE MF626 USB modem
Orange Alcatel X220D USB mode

I have found that this is really two problems.
First, seems to be that when one modem is
unplugged and a second modem is plugged in that
the network-manager doesn't complete return to an
initialized state and the second modem setup and
operation fails. If one boots the PC and begins

I noticed a few days ago that USB memory sticks and CDs/DVDs no longer
automount.
I also noticed a bajillion stalled(?) processes like the following:

I'm running Etch.
I noticed recently that the boot process gets stuck on "Starting portmap
daemon: portmap".
After a few minutes, I hit ctrl-C and it continues booting.
Any ideas?

I started using Firefox 1.5 from RC1 through to the stable release. But the
Flash plugin hasn't worked properly in any of these releases. There is no
video yet the audio works. I just see a brief flash where the visual element
is supposed to be, and I'll hear audio is
