I have just finished setting up my internet gateway server using the
"Setting Up Mail for a Home Network Using Exim" tutorial in the July(43)
issue of Linux Gazette. However I have another linux machine that will
need to send mail to its local users, the users on the internet gateway
and
I have just downloaded and installed the image and headers for the 2.2.10
kernel, and I am now getting the following error on boot
SIOCADDRT: Invalid argument
Does anyone know what the program is?

I have just upgraded my Yamaha CDRW-4360 Drive to the latest firmware version,
but when I try to mount a cd in the drive I get an I/O Error message. I'm using
it with an adaptec 2940AU scsi card and Debian 2.1. Does anyone know what the
problem could be, The drive still work fine in Windows
How easy would it be to upgrade from Debian 2.1 to 2.2? Are the packages all
relatively stable?

I noticed this to when I have built new kernels, I didn't manage to fix it but
I had to run 'make-kpkg clean' first before it would do it. Hope this helps.

I have just upgraded my slink dist to use the latest gnome and enlightenment
releases but I have noticed that gnome-terminal now take at least 2 to 3 time

I had a similar problem when I used pppconfig, but i just had to do a
'route del default' before I ran pon and it seemed to fix the problem.

Does anyone know why on boot up my Serial ports are displayed as /dev/tty00 and
/dev/tty01?
I have tried running the 0setserial script from /rc.boot/ (i think thats

it (i.e. fetchmail -u ), I get an error from fetchmail
saying something about my local user name being different than my isp mail
name, How can i correct this?
