I run apache 1.3.26 and mod_perl, i recently did 'apt-get install php4', which
installed fine and ran apachectl when finished which i assumed meant
that it set up apache and php to work together and loaded php4 as a DSO,
so i edited the httpd.conf and uncommented all the #php4 lines like the

i have forgotten how to download perl mods via apt-get. i have read man apt-get
and looked through packages on deb's site, where is the 'easy' way to see
what perl mods are available and which are not (via apt-get).
thank you. (currently, i am interested in Mail::POP3Client, and Net::SMTP)

bright moments all,
I need to get the `chntpw' utility. I know that it is available from
debian. I don't need, or really want to install it on my machine.
I need it on a floppy, with it's required libs. what is the best way
to achieve this?
Of course i usually use `apt-get' for all my package/so
Ok, it's time,... i just got a d-link air, dwl-650 wireless card for my old
timer laptop(pent mmx 233MHZ). I'm running debian woody 2.4.18-bf2.4,
and it appears that there is a debian linux-wlan-ng package for the
drivers but it is built against the 2.4.19 kernel.
I just downloaded 2.4.19.tar.bz2
Why is mutt giving this error. It has been working fine, now, all of the sudden

My mutt has fleas,...well anyway,
I posted earlier that /usr/bin/mutt was giving me 'message aborted
error' when i was trying to reply to emails and someone was kind
enough to point out that ${EDITOR} was probably not specified, he was right.
well now it appears that mutt doesn't know 'how' to
I have asked this question at a perl.org list and havent' gotten a response,
i thought i would try here as well, i don't know if it may be a debian
'issue', any ideas?
Ok, this is very frustrating, 2 days and many hours worth! I have used this
module/lib (libwww) before with ease (on other distr

Well this is an odd one to me. I can sendmail via the command line
with "/usr/sbin/sendmail -oem -oi < file_to_send" but 'mutt' is not sending
mail. ~/.muttrc has set sendmail="/usr/sbin/sendmail -oem -oi", why isn't
this working? I use exim, so sendmail is a symlink to exim but this should
