i tried to input "edonkey" along with the corresponding port number inside the two
aformentioned configurations files
i entered this into "/etc/inetd.conf":
edonkey stream tcp nowait amg
thing on the matter would be helpful, and greately appreciated.
afterthought: while on the windows mailing-list, I never received
anything closely related to a "virus warning", which is why I ask the
question now, instead of my pre-Linux days.

Let me start off by apologizing for using outlook express, I can't seem to
get Debian up and running, so I'm forced to use my sister's XP box.
