Hi, i'm writing this cause i'm having some trouble with one of those cmedia
cards (again), i don't have physical access to the machine, i tried
configuring it opening a telnet session to the machine, i've loaded the cmpci
module with succes, he (my brother) can listen to music from cd's, play
quake

how can i work with python2 and qt in debian?

sorry for not saying i have Sid, I've installed that package and can import
it with no problems with python (from python-base), but not with python2
(python2-base)
So do i have to build pyqt against python-2.x?

Hi there, I'm trying to emulate dotComic (from www.marvel.com) and I'm
having font problems, they all appear as those funny faces and
diamonds and stuff. I'm running an updated sid, and i don't have
windows installed.

I'm having trouble with my connection, it's a wireless one using
pppoe (pppoe from deb). And although my provider said they
supported linux the only help i got from them was to check my
wires. :(

accept any params for the server anymore, i can start the server in many
virtual ttys but only with X :a (a= number), but not doing a startx -- :1
it's rare, for now i'm starting the server and rederecting the client WM.

hi everyone, i'm a dsl user whom subscribed to this service (duh!), and am
having trouble with the pppoe package suplied by debian in sid, currently i'm
using the one suplied by my ISP (pppoe is from Network Telesystems), but
i'd prefer 2 use the debian one ;)
