'unrecoverable error' whenever I tried opening an existing document. I
can still create a new document, though.
I upgrade my potato installation once a week. The error occurred after

Yes. In the Gneme menu go to 'Panel / Global Properties / Miscellaneous'
and uncheck 'Keep Panel Below Windows'. I prefer the

st messages are all caught by the x-mailing-list header and
the rather complicated formula I got from this group.
Examine the mailing list headers carefully - there is nearly always
something unique in the header. If not, have a couple of filters for
each list.
Note that the first recipe delivers mail for another user on my system

Storm's lilo on hold.
So, you can upgrade your Storm installation exactly as if were plain
Debian, without any problems, and can, if you wish, retain any Storm
features along the way. I really don't see why you have a problem.

(Potato) which will soon be released, or to the bleeding-edge, very
up-to-date Woody. I am using Woody and all the apps I use are very up to
date. So there we are, a bleeding edge Storm Linux. The choice is yo
there are also versions for Slink. The package you want is
sl-stormpkg_1.0-1_i386.deb.
Maybe you would be better using apt-get. Add this line to your
/etc/apt/sources.list:
deb ftp://ftp.stormix.com/storm potato main, then do the usuals.

then re-written to show the sender as [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I use Ishmail as my mail user agent and can set up different identities
- say for work and personal use, but that is a different issue.

the same with my data partition so am now running completely on reiserfs.

task-x-window-system-core was maked as held back. After the upgrade I
still had my v3.3.6 servers on the system. I did 'apt-get install
task-x-window-system-core' and the final part of the new X install was
carried out. After that everything

would sort it out correctly, maybe looking at what was
already running on my system or by downloading all parts of
the new package and later allowing me to reject what I
didn't need.
