Hi Stan,
The output from dmesg is long. From within initramfs, I cannot mount usb
drives, and I cannot seem to scp or ssh. So far, I have not been able to
find a way to get the output from dmesg (from within initramfs) onto
another file system so that I can post it here: any ideas?

I've been having the same problem on 2 different machines. Neither
xlsclients, nor xwininfo -root -children indicate anything that might
help. Currently, my machine looks like this:

neither of which are very high, yet I still get

Somewhere in the changelog, it says that the icecast password utility
was renamed ice-mkpasswd, though that file's nowhere on my system. On

maildir_format = true
instead. I made the same mistake when I switched to maildir in order to
install courier IMAP. :)
