I got a Adaptec 29160 , and my problem is that i can't see my scsi HD ( only
my IDE HD).

I can't get online!
I have a small network connected to a Router.
i can ping the other pc's i my network but not outside ( like the dns server
from my ISP).
How do i specifie gateway and Router ? and are there other things i need to
do?

i am trying to convert a rpm to a deb. with Alien but i keep getting this
error:
make : dh-testdir:Command not found
make: *** [build] Error 127
package build failed: Illegal seek at

Was does it mean, and what should i do?

order to start kde.
but my problem is that i can't (don't know how) open/install the rpm
package.
i have debian woody!

quota.user and quota.group exist in both / and /home2 .. /etc/init.d/quota
also exists.
I would really be thankful if anyone could point out my errors when using
quota.
