I did some searching and found several posts that said these cards are
actually Thunder LAN cards, but trying to install the tlan.o mod

I am using unstable with dvips 5.92b. When I try:
dvips -Ppdf process.dvi -o process.ps
I get the error message shown below for a number of

ps2pdf then gives bad screen output. Does anyone know

I installed xdm (apt-get install xdm), but it doesn't work, when I do /etc/init.d/xdm
start I get xdm error (pid 239) start xdm

when i typ in startx i get fatal screen error, no screens found
and one of the shutdown messages is also that xdm is not running.
Got Samba working today. Now I've got to get NFS or something like it
working for the Linux side - where most of the work gets done. I've got a
simple single site network with 7 Linux boxen. Is NFS v2 the way to go here?

I think a very good justification for using FAI in a small environment is to
learn the tool and pedal that skill in a large environment. You never know

I just installed the pppupd keepalive daemon and it doesn't work for
me.
It installed properly and will successfully establish a connection
after a reboot.
But after a disconection from the isp it can't seem to re-establish the
connection.
