DELL 1370 config problem

What is your motherboard? I had this same problem when installing linux on a A8N-VM CSM at home. I used knowppix to partition the drive and later I couldnt use it at all. So I had to upgrade my desktop's kernel to 2.6.15 because there was some problem with the sata drivers with earlier kernels. I h

System hangs at boot

Hi everyone, I have a Debian Sarge 2.6.8 running on my laptop and I finally got my wireless adapter to work. But when I reboot it I just cant go pass the jabberd startup. Earlier it was "hanging" on the MTA startup so I apt-get remove exim4-base and got rid of it just to find out that the problem
