Tried looking in /usr/share/doc/python2.2-doc/?

something to do with the settings in /etc/gconf/2/path. My path is the
old one from Gnome 1.4, because without it Gnome2 would not start at

which created a "Packages" file.
With this method, the cd I created has everything in the "root"

Thank you, but the directory location is not the problem. My
/usr/lib/mozilla-firebird/plugins dir is a link to
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins. Firebird sees my Flash plugin located
there just fine, so I don't think the location is the problem.
