I'm not sure...but I think I solved this problem by installing the
wsoundserver
ftp://shadowmere.student.utwente.nl/pub/WindowMaker/WSoundServer-0.1.1.tar.gz
Is this available as a package? If so, I couldn't find it...
anyway...I found it at http://www.frontiernet.net/~southgat/wmsound/

I'm still having this error, haven't gotten any bites on the first post,
and don't know where to start looking.
If anyone even has any suggestions about what I can do about this, I'd love
to hear them.
Is it hard to compile up WM apps? Should I try to debug this myself?
Thanks!

I've been getting that error : "Error on Play Event" from WMSound ever
since I tried running it. I have a properly configured AWE32 card. If
anyone can give me any hints on what is going on, or what the problem is
I'd greatly appreciate it!
