I run apt-get update&&apt-get upgrade frequently. Seems a recently
installed package is broken (I'm suspecting fileutils).
When I do an ls I get:
ls: reading directory .: Function not implemented
When I do an apt-get upgrade I get:
27 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove

apt-get dist-upgrade from woody to sid has left my system with a bunch of
packages that are broken and unremoveable; no combination of apt-get -f
install, apt-get -f dist-upgrade, dpkg --configure -a, dpkg -P [broken
packages], apt-get remove [broken packages] has sorted it out.

A blooper of mine. 0.20.3-3 fixed this. It's on it's way to mirrors (it's
