I have had a problem with security.debian.org for a few days now.
Either it isn't there or when it is, it times out.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
VT1 root-3-TESTING:~# aptitude -y upgrade

Hi,
Release.gpg keys on security.debian.org are currently empty files. This
only seems to be causing problems on one machine, but does anyone know
what is going on here, and how long it might be before it is fixed?

I am getting an error from aptitude (and apt-get update):
http://security.debian.org stable/updates/man Packages {ERROR}
Could not connect to security.debian.org:80 (128.101.240.212), connection timed
out
It repeats the error twice for main, contrib, and non-free .
It waits about 5 minutes at
update apt-file and I'm getting the
following error:
--16:47:53--
http://security.debian.org//dists/stable/updates/Contents-i386.gz
=>
`/var/cache/apt/security.debian.org_dists_stable_updates_Contents-i386.gz'

http://security.debian.org/dists/etch/updates/main/
As you can see, there is no amd64 directory on the server.

Hello again,I've searched on security.debian.org for the folder binary-amd64. Well, it's not there, but I have found the following folder: main/binary-ia64/
Is this the same one as the binary-amd64? If so, How can I make the apt-get tool look for this folder and not the other one?Thanks
