The patches available on the internet don't patch cleanly to the debian
provided source. After a little investigation I found 3 files in the
/patches/ldap-patches/ directory that are named:

Running qmail on Debian unstable.
I had qmail and my server running properly. Then, I tore
down my server, upgraded the processor and motherboard,
upgraded various packages, etc.
I have a file called S30qmail in /etc/rc2.d:
/usr/local/bin/tcpserver 0 110 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-popup

tryed a telnet 25, connection refused...
looked through hosts.allow, added some lines for qmail, until i noticed
that it is started as daemon...
looked through the started daemons noticed that qmail-smtp was
missing...
looked at the start script, didn't understood a lot...
