problems with last dist-upgrade (woody)

Hi, yesterday I've started the weekly update with apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade which failed with the following message: Preparing to replace xlibs 4.0.1-5 (using .../xlibs_4.0.1-9_i386.deb) ... Unpacking replacement xlibs ... dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/xlibs_4.0.1-9
