I have just spent several hours last night getting my new V3 card to work with 4.0.2. Here are my thoughts (And I did get it to work) 1. compile kernel with agp, DRI support (I didnt build DRI module like they suggested, I used DRI that came with the kernel source), and your chipset support. In X,
