Found this old post and wondered if there is an answer to setting the
hostname on outgoing posts for sqwebmail. My outgoing smtp mail uses
the local box hostname instead of the fully qualified domain name of the
server.

@. I have observed the mail does arrive at the destination with the fqdn
following the @ yet I'd like the banner to read exactly that. Did you have

I use sqwebmail as a webmail application, everything works fine
except sending mail. The problem is with domain after '@'
character. Sqwebmail adds only hostname but not full FQDN. In
documentation I have found that the name after '@' can be
configured in file called 'hostname' located in da
