For my occasional usage of (S)FTP, Filezilla does the job well.

Hi,
I used to use gftp as a ftp client, but I don't find it in Jessie.
What happened to it?
What is another similar alternative to gftp in Jessie?
Thanks,

"2.25.1".
Thank you very much Martin.
Simple and effective, now gftp is running fine.

The relevant package is "libgtk2.0-0". Note that the version number

Is it just me, or does anyone else have stability problems with gFTP? It
crashes on me often.
I'm using testing, kernel 2.4.18, nvidia X driver, everything
up-to-date.

I'm having problems using sftp and gftp. I can download one file, and
then the system behaves like sftp doesn't send back a signal that it's
done, so gftp says that the transfer is at 100%, but still in progress.
I'm using woody (development debian) openssh 2.2.0p1, sftp 0.9.5
