I can't seem to get past this. I've run dpkg -i --pending but I'm not
sure what the argument should be
"ftp" option.
I ran dselect to complete my hamm installation, and all seemed to be going
well (aside from the fact that some of the files were inaccessable, and all
of the files in the /lib/ directory were corrupted).
When I ran dselect after that, I got the following msg:
dselect: parse

You're correct about dates and FTP. I used ftp to get the files to my local
Windows NT
server. Then I tried to ftp from NT to my new linux box. The parse error was
due to
the file dates on the NT box (day of transfer).
