Try having a workstation point directly at the DNS server that
resolves your domain name. You should see the correct lookups.
Then, if you point to any other DNS and still see the old lookups,
then perhaps wait a few more days.
he could also do
dig @his.name.server.IP domain.he's.loo

I've been trying to work with someone to move my DNS name of
snowwolf.org to the new machine, but just when I thought the IP was
going to transfer, it doesn't and a 'dig' returns the old DNS
entries...
here's what I'm talking about.
# dig -t ns snowwolf.org
;; ANSWER SECTION:
snowwolf.org.
My DNS server started flooding the network with the same
request at a rate of several hundred per second. Anyone know were I
could start to solve this problem?
I can’t see anything in the logs (daemon.log).
Thanks,

Hello,
I am trying to setup a dns server but I am having some trouble. I have
registered a domain name sacred-key.org and linked it to my dns server,
which has a domain name from my provider, called jon.planet.nl.
I have installed bind and set up the scripts, but until now I have not
been succeeded
