Docker might be different. I don't use it yet - Not enough knowledge and
a little bit afraid ;-)
I use a direct installation. Therfore this issue.
But as I already said no problem after the "downgrade".

Just did an upgrade Bullseye -> Bookworm at two computer.
1. Lenovo V340-17IWL
XFCE Desktop
used as daily driver
2. NUC Kit DC53427HYE
XFCE Desktop
but used as server for a Nextcloud instance
general connetion via ssh
Both upgrades run smoothly
The machine I am typing on has been upgraded from bullseye to
bookworm. TL;DR: boring, which is good.
