I recently upgraded a Debian box from oldstable (Lenny) to stable (squeeze) and then to testing (wheezy). The various APT utilities are satisfied that dependencies are satisfied. But the xserver got broken in the process -- not a big surprise. When I ty running xinit (as root) with no xorg.co
