It's been a while since I used FreeBSD, but if I remember
correctly, you just set up your lilo.conf file for FreeBSD
the same way you do for a Winderz partition.
Try:
other=/dev/hdb3 <--- FreeBSD boot partition
label=freebsd
After you setup lio.conf, re-run lilo for corrections to
become act
