I'm afraid no, for torrents I don't know of any (maybe someone here can
suggest you a good ones).
But there are lists of torrent proxies you can test:
http://torrentproxy.org/
I've also found this note:

Seems to be the same.
Can I specify a list of proxies?

Good day.
How I can use torrent proxy by a rtorrent client - when its ports are
blocked?
That's what I set in version 0.7.9-2.2 .rtorrent.rc file:
http_proxy = 75.191.174.18:6724
but without luck.
Thank You for Your time.

Hello group, did something change in sudo policy? I usually do my updates behind a proxy with the following commands:$export http_proxy=http://proxy.host:port$sudo synaptic (or sudo dselect)
It appears now that the variable isn't passed to the sudo command. So, if I define the variable for root, and

I've decided that I'm bored of waiting for the latest and greatest ad to

Having recently learned of adzap and pyredir, I'm trying to convince
galeon to use squid to proxy all requests. As a first step I started
squid on port 3128 (debian default) and configured mozilla to use it
as a proxy. It worked correctly. I then tried configuring galeon to

I need to bypass two proxies. The first one is just a straight up proxy. The
other one is some other kind of beast, as it asks for http authentication. I
had my credentials in order, i just have a really hard time setting up
$http_proxy accordingly. the second proxy is transparent, except for
I just installed navigator 4.5-1 (navigator-smotif-45) and there is no
place to set proxies. Is there some reason proxies are not allowed in
this version?
Are proxies only available after registration?
When I installed navigator I saved the registration information to a
file to send it by email

Here's one for you network guys and girls.
I have an ADSL. The thing is, I'm behind a http proxy. Is there a
way so that all programs that use http will use the proxy. I've set
the HTTP_PROXY environment, but it doesn't seem to work. For example,

This might be a silly question, but what I want to do is extract
information from possibly frame-based web sites, and reformat it, and
offer it as a web page on the localhost. For example, I like to do a
crossword on the web. Can I automatically download the grid and the clues
