I have seen this a few times with 1.1.0-2. My question if it is possible was

I had this happen to me with two system installations I was running of
1.1.4 (from a CD I wrote a few weeks ago). Has anyone seen this on a
later system than 1.1.4?

Yesterday I installed the Debian-1.1.4 ditributiion as found on the
last Infomagic 6 CD's set on my no-name Pentium 100Mhz system.
After selecting the packages and resolving dependency conflict by
dselect, I selected the "Install" menu command.
dselect then tried to install gcc at first, but compla
