Your problem really seems to be DNS related. I would use the tools at
www.dnsstuff.com.
Just running the regualr DNS Report it will check a number of areas that
your DNS settings could be wrong. Pay close attention to the MX portion
or the report, to see if anything doesn't pass.

I'm relatively new to Debian administration and I've recently encountered a
problem with Exim which has me stumped. While I can send email directly from
the server to external recipients and also from other computers within the
network, I don't seem to be able to receive any email sent
