After trying more I still haven't been able to make mencoder worh with my
player. Using ffmpeg I've been able to make it work pretty well, but still I
haven't been able to rotate the movie. Is it possible to rotate a movie with
ffmpeg or any other external software?

Something I've seen is that my player has no problems with files made by
ffmpeg but has problems with files encoded by mencoder. My

need a program that can compress using DivX 4 codec (DivX 5 won't work) for
use with the PocketDivx player.
