Hi,
ok, next web page states that GeForce 7300 does not support "VDPAU". A
quick swap of video card to GeForce 8400 and "mplayer" plays video
through "VDPAU" driver with average load on CPU 4%-5%.
Looking into "mencoder" issue.

I need a help with mencoder+vdpau video encoding?
Yesterday I spent some time to figure it out but without much success. A
search in Google did not produce anything usable to get any result.
