Google Chrome has a nice embedded pdf viewer that corresponds

When you open a PDF in Iceweasel, either by clicking a link or opening a
file, it renders the PDF right inside the browser instead of bringing it
up in Document Viewer.

The PDF file was created with the Perl module PDF::API2.
The file prints fine from the command line:
