ok, maybe it's too easy, but did you try to uncomment the ScriptAlias
/~news/ ... line?
whith this setting, the url http://your.host/~news/script.cgi will
execute /home/news/public_html/cgi-bin/script
Quick question (and I'm sorry about the huge config file strapped to this
message): I'm running an apache server that does not really seem to like
executing cgi-scripts.
What I want it to do is be able to execute any CGI scripts in my friends
/home/news/public_html/cgi-bin/ directory.
