My knee-jerk response would be to try booting with the "noapic" and/or
"nolapic" kernel parameters. (I don't know any specifics about the
T7200.)

raid i get errors filling the dmesg log:

dmesg -n 1
to get some peace and quiet on the screen for the 2 day resync of the raid
and then when i
