Hello, I'm trying to install nmap, and so I did "apt-get install nmap",
but I get this:

Package nmap is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, ha

LANG option is set for the bash shell.
I wouldn't mind but I often open up mutt in these xterms and
it causes weird characters to appear when scrolling up and down...
Anybody got any ideas of where to look to set the LANG variable?
