I've installed libcap2-bin and cap_pam, added user foo to libvirt-qemu, see:

I'm working on an automated Debian installation without network access.
I've discovered the --make-tarball and --unpack-tarball switches which I use to
create the tarball and use it as repo.

I need to debootstarping debian on my server but there is one catch, I need to
do it offline.
I'm unable to find a good tutorial on how to configure the local repo for that
to work and I was wondering if there is one
that anyone can recommend.

my backup hdd has errors in the fs, so I've stopped the backup process and
unmounted it.
when I run fsck /dev/sdc1, I get this:
root@utilsserver:/home/igor# fsck /dev/sdc1
fsck from util-linux 2.33.1
e2fsck 1.44.5 (15-Dec-2018)
backup contains a file system with errors, check forced.

I'm running server with Debian 10 installed on it.
the os is installed on a usb. the board is an asus H110M-A/M.2.
the server runs a vm 24/7 on kvm (qemu 1:3.1+dfsg-8+deb10u5, libvirt-daemon
5.0.0-4+deb10u1), the server has a pass-trough usb wifi device (Ralink RT5572
