Logging out the window manager

I want to run some commands whenever I logout the window manager. I thought that using bash_logout script would do the thing but it does't. I'm running fluxbox as my window manager. Is there a way to do it? Is is a window manager specific configuration? Please help me! Thanks! Thomas
