to design the code just right.

use cpio
but instead backup the root directory by naming each of the
directories instead of using "/".
Also, for my setup I'm using loadlin so I had to change the
root partition device.
After all this, everything works great with no problems!

Debian kernel source package and hence didn't update these two
directories. You may want to try making symbolic links for these
directories to the include directories for the kernel you compiled
and do a clean recompile of dosemu.

h 1.44 floppies.. but, I get
the same problem.
Just for further information, I did pick up the boot1440.bin
and root.bin files from the Debian1.1/disks-i386 directory
and I'm using rawrite 2.0 for creating the disks.

installation of 1.1? I actually tried doing a complete wipe
of my hard disk and installing 1.1 from scratch. Unfortunately, the
packages at that time for lib5-dev, cpp, and gcc kept conflicting
with each other and dselect would not allow me to install them
(even though dselect suggested that

Hi all!
Does the iomega ZIP drives work under Linux? I believe there are
two different models.. a SCSI model and a parallel port model.
Do they both work? If so, is it easy to get them working under Linux?
