put a new drive (same size or biger) in your system.
the new drive must only be low-level formatet (adapter-bios function).
Then start your linux-system and make
$> dd if=/dev/sda of=/dev/sdb bs=1024 or similar
In assumption sda is your old and sdb your new drive.
