Hi !
I'm using GDM TimedLogin option but the message it displays at startup
is "User nicoco will login in 5 secondsnicoco", so there is one more
"nicoco" than necessary. I've found nothing in gdm.conf to change this.
I'm using GDM in french under Debian Unstable
Any clue ?
Thanks

i've switched to opensource ati drivers as proprietary ones are broken
in sid (conflicts with xorg 7.1). whatever...
but you didn't answer ? is aiglx now part of debian ? will there be a
compiz package soon ?
I didn't find the answer to this question with google so I'm asking
here.
thanks

Hi everyone !
I've noticed that Xorg 7.1 is now in sid.
I'm using ATI's proprietary drivers with a Radeon 9250 and i'm wondering

Does this mean that hardware accelerated desktop is now part of
hello,
I really need to get the latest ATI drivers working on my computer.
I have no problem with "non-free" debian.org repositories but it is
version 8.24.8
when I install the newer version, module loads perfectly, xorg.0.log
doesn't show any error (something like fglrx : DRI init successful)

i now launch /usr/bin/liferea-bin directly and everything works just fine :)
i hope this will help someone
