Debian 2.2 Installation Problem

When I try to Install Debian Linux V.2.2 (Standard installation) Using the install.bat file to do it from my dos partition, I get this message during install loading.   Attempt to access beyond end of device 01:00: rw=0, want=1279706953, limit=4096 dev 01:00 blksize=1024 blocknr=1279706952
