Does Debian have a apt package gtk-devel, I need something like this to

I am trying to get webdav working with my apache install
1.3.xxx. When I create a folder I think that I need to make the apache
group the owners of the folder and set security using httpasswd. When I
install apache with apt-get are any web groups created?

I am trying (and it is killing me) to get webdav working on my sarge
install. I come to the line in the install to configure mod_dave with the
following command ./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs. I get
the error that I do not have the apxs and get the error "Your APXS

When you install apache using apt on Debian Sarg 3.1 what groups are

I have just installed a clean version of Sarge, took a look at the default
groups and they are the same. All I did was apt-get install apache2. Can
someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I just installed Debian on a new server for work and I was upgrading the
install with apt, now I get errors when I do an "apt-get install XXX". I
was trying to upgrade the Kernel and here is the error that I now get:

I want to upgrade my kernel using apt but I cannot remember the command,
apt-get install kernel-?. This is killing me, I just want the latest i386
kernel.
