Dell PowerVault 110T DAT driver Error

Hi people, I'm getting these erros every time i start backup with tar " kernel: st0: Error 400f3 (sugg. bt 0x0, driver bt 0x0, host bt 0x4)", every other day my backup functs only, usually it falls.. i have contacted Dell support and first they did update the driver of the Dat Unit.
